firefox I have recently switched my antivirus recommendation to NOD32.

I have found it to be the fastest, most stable and reliable antivirus application that I have ever used. NOD simply re-vitalises older computers, and makes them perform like they were brand new again.

This switch was not made lightly, and was the result of many months of testing and evaluation. If you are sick of your existing Antivirus application making your new PC seem like its got half the memory and someone poured mollasses over the processor, give me a call and we can organise a free trial of NOD32.

Pricing is incredibly attractive, $69.50 for a 12 Month License. Licensing is fast, and incredibly easy. Upgrading your license can be done by anyone in less than 1 minute.

firefoxAvailable now, is customised server monitoring software for your IT network.

Options include: Daily, weekly and monthly confidence reports, delivered to your inbox, highlighting any issues, such as low disk space, high processor usage, failed backups, Windows services with issues, to name but a few.

Urgent issues (MS Exchange stops working, or a key Printer/ Network device suddenly stops) can be delivered directly to your mobile phone, and optionally to mine, so that I know a problem has occured, often before you do. This means we minimise downtime, and maximise your productivity.

Secure access to this monitoring software is available from any web based device, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This way you can always monitor your server, key workstations etc regardless of where you are.

If you would like a demonstration, please get in touch with me.

firefox I am an authorised Microsoft Certified Professional on MS Windows 2003 Small Business Server.

This Opperating system is the best value for money Windows Server OS for Small Business in New Zealand.

It includes all the features you would love in your IT network. Working from home (remote web workspace), remote email (Outlook web access), calander and contact sharing.

firefox HP are one of the few primary hardware vendors still offering windows XP with new PC's.

Microsoft would like everyone to move to windows Vista, but simply put, the OS is terrible. So much so, that MS are already working on its replacement (codename: Windows 7).

For now however, that leaves the common business in a dilema. Do you let your IT network get old and decrepit, adding unreliability? or do you upgrade to the incredibly buggy and in my opinion unreliable vista?

The good news, is that HP are now shipping new computers with Windows Vista licenses, with a 'downgrade to XP' pre-installed. What this means, in laymans terms... You buy Vista with your computer (You cant really buy anything else at this point) and you get the reliability of XP.

No more treading water for the next 12 months till Windows 7 is released.
